You may book me for just a day or two, or for a month or three. Look at my calendar to see if I am in the state or on the island. If I am close by I can work on short notice for bookings as small as a day.
OAHU - I am based in Honolulu, so lodging and transportation is not requested, unless the commute is significant.
OTHER ISLANDS - booking fees include lodging, transportation, and flight to and from the island.
COLORADO - transportation is not required on the front range or western slope. Clinic is not billed for flight to and from Hawaii. Lodging requested outside of the front range.
CALIFORNIA - transportation and lodging requested. Flight to and from Hawaii is negotiable.
